We may recommend stool, hormone, or food sensitivity testing, but only if it helps, not to overwhelm.
3. Customized Nutrition Plan
This includes nervous system-calming foods, whole-food supplements, and gut/liver/adrenal support, all paced with your healing capacity.
4. Coaching & Regulation Tools

We are constantly booked out 3 to 6 months, therefore we offer Do-it-yourself programs before the visit that will include functional labs, daily exercises and dietary changes.
