What should I expect as a new patient?
If you are a new patient, then you may feel overwhelmed and like you don’t know where to start. We understand how that feels!

BEFORE YOUR VISIT
- Fill out new patient paperwork (https://l.bttr.to/wkL5s) – this helps us get to know you and how we can help you.
- Come to the appointment with loose fitting/comfortable clothing and the ability to remove shoes/socks if needed.
DURING YOUR VISIT
- We will take a brief history of you and your condition, do some diagnostic testing, and assess posture and range of motion. We will then talk about what you are experiencing and how we can help.
- If you agree to our plan, we will do our first treatment. Depending on your condition, we will use hot packs, manual soft tissue massage, joint mobilization/manipulation, instrument assisted therapies, and flexion-distraction, .
- Lastly, we will discuss stretches and strengthening exercises that support your progress.
AFTER YOUR VISIT
- Make sure you schedule your follow up appointments.
- Process payment – we do not currently take insurance, but we take credit cards, checks, or cash.
- Log into your patient portal to access your notes, exercises, and future appointments.
- Do your homework! Make sure you stretch, do your exercises, or avoid certain postures as instructed for you and your condition.
